The employees of the 'A2A Calore & Services "are in a stable manner at guaranteeing operations. The management of the entire air conditioning system is done through software that can control the temperature of each room in the manner described below. The winter heating systems have been activated with effect from 15.10.2009 and, to date, no major problems were reported. Si precisa che le temperature impostate previste dall’art 4 c.1 D.P.R. 412/93 e DPR 551/99 nella Ns. zona climatica per edifici classificati E.2. è di 20° c + 2
Riportiamo di seguito una brevissima sintesi delle principali caratteristiche costruttive dell’impianto:
Fan-coils
L’impianto fan coils ha lo scopo di riscaldare o raffrescare gli ambienti. Negli uffici, nei corridoi e nelle aule udienze , i fan-coils sono integrati negli arredi posti sotto i serramenti. Nei corridoi interni e nelle stanze “a disposizione”, are the traditional places on the ground. Impianto di termoventilazione
L’impianto di termoventilazione ha lo scopo di riscaldare gli ambienti e garantire i necessari ricambi di aria. Gli archivi ed i depositi dei due piani interrati sono dotati di armadi di termoventilazione locali. Ogni macchina è dotata di presa aria esterna collegata ad una canalizzazione che giunge sino in copertura. Ogni termoventilatore è comandato da sonda ambiente e regolatore a microprocessore.
