Emergency and evacuation


DEFINITIONS
emergency is defined as the sudden onset of specific hazardous conditions for workers in this workplace. To effectively address an emergency situation, it is necessary the evaluation of particular situations and the planning and programming operations to be performed to minimize the damage to people and structures. The effectiveness is directly related to the accuracy and timeliness of operations to be facilitated by a disciplined workers. The coordination of the various emergency situations and, therefore, intervention depends on the combination of the various teams in charge of prevention and protection.

THE EMPLOYEES IN EMERGENCY SERVICE
form three different types of teams and stand together for the main tasks that are able to do:
team • Firefighters •
team first aiders
• evacuation team officer

The employees of the emergency teams are assigned specific tasks and specialized. All other employees during an emergency, you must follow the general provisions, set out below, and those details given in relation to the characteristics of situations that from time to time occur.

Emergency prevention and fire fighting



PURPOSE The purpose of this procedure is to identify and regulate the mode of conduct in case of illness or injury.

RECIPIENTS
The procedure is intended for all workers in the company and any other persons operating within the boundaries of areas of competence of the company.

SCOPE

Al temine delle operazioni necessarie per la gestione dell’emergenza, se nell’intervento sono stati utilizzati presidi contenuti nella cassetta di pronto soccorso aziendale, l’addetto al pronto soccorso che è intervenuto provvede al reintegro di quanto utilizzato.
Se l’intervento è stato condotto in assenza del responsabile del servizio di prevenzione e protezione, l’addetto al pronto soccorso deve comunicargli per iscritto gli interventi effettuati.

Modalità di intervento del responsabile del servizio di prevenzione e protezione in caso di malore o infortunio.

Article 37. Training of workers and their representatives
1. The employer shall ensure that each worker receives sufficient training and adequate health and safety, even compared to
language skills, with particular reference to
a) concepts of risk, harm, prevention, protection, organization of prevention

11. The mode, duration and specific content of the training of the workers' safety representative are established within the national collective bargaining, according to the following minimum contents:
a) principles of Community law and national

d) definition and identification of
risk factors;
e) risk assessment;
f) identification of appropriate technical, organizational and procedural prevention and protection;
g) legal aspects of employee representation;
h) knowledge of communication technology.
The minimum course duration is 32 hours early, with 12 of the specific risks in the company and the resulting measures of prevention and protection adopted, with verification of learning. The collective bargaining rules governing
obligation to update regularly, the duration can not be less than 4 hours a year for companies employing 15 to 50 employees and 8 hours per year for companies employing more than 50 employees.
12. The training of workers and their representatives must, in cooperation with the joint bodies, when present in the field and in the territory in which place of business of the employer, during working hours and may not result in economic costs to the workers.
13. The content of training must be easily understandable for workers and should allow them to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in health and safety at work. If the training relates to immigrant workers, it is subject to verification of understanding and knowledge of the language used in the training program.
14. The skills acquired as a result of carrying out training activities under this decree shall be entered into the national training booklet referred to in Article 2, paragraph 1, letter i) of Legislative Decree 10 September 2003, No 276, as amended, if available as this is actually activated in accordance with applicable regulations. Questi progetti saranno elaborati con la partecipazione delle parti sociali e l'erogazione dei fondi ad essi destinati potrà avvenire anche per il tramite degli organismi paritetici.
