The strategy of the Ministry of Labour to counter the accident at work is focusing on training and promotion. Spreading the culture of safety is, in fact, the key to developing and enhancing the sensitivity of the matter the habit of prevention. It is with this objective that the Ministry is making every possible synergy with public and private, that work together to make his actions as effective as possible. Special attention is given to the younger generations, for an investment that lasts for life: the future employment and welfare of young people is being built here, working on the quality of the education system and the game in advance so that, through an effective link between schools and businesses, an early entry into the labor market. But also raising awareness of the cultural production system and proposed the acceptance of the generations in the learning process within their own structures, to maximize the training capacity of the company.
THE REFORM OF THE WHITE PAPER
The White Paper puts learning at the heart of the strategy for development and self-sufficiency of the person in relation to work. Education and training systems must adapt to individual needs, strengthen the integration with the labor market, to promote transparency and mobile skills, improve the recognition of non-formal and even informal. Central is also the value of education and training of labor, in all its shapes and forms, which is enhanced by integrating substantially between education and training systems and labor market, making the learning models in working order (as the contract apprenticeship), which may allow, not only learning a trade, but the acquisition of qualifications at secondary or tertiary including PhDs.

SINPIA: INFORMATION FIRST

La stessa procedura sarà applicata al caso delle attività in appalto, a partire dal settore edile, dove la cosiddetta patente per la verifica dell'idoneità tecnico-professionale delle aziende verrà caricata dei punti tenendo conto dell'eventuale effettuazione delle attività di formazione. L'accento sulla formazione traduce la consapevolezza che, al cuore delle politiche per la occupabilità, è necessario sviluppare ampi sistemi integrati di qualifiche, che non comprendano solo quelle legate ai percorsi formali e ai titoli di studio, ma siano sempre più in sintonia con i sistemi di inquadramento professionale e le mansioni contemplate dai contratti collettivi di lavoro. Ulteriori iniziative e progetti di formazione dedicati, invece, alle piccole e medie imprese, potranno scaturire dal tavolo di lavoro per l'attuazione delle semplificazioni burocratiche previste dell'articolo 53, comma 5. Questi progetti saranno elaborati con la partecipazione delle parti sociali e l'erogazione dei fondi ad essi destinati potrà avvenire anche per il tramite degli organismi paritetici.
