PURPOSE The purpose of this procedure is to identify and regulate the mode of conduct in case of illness or injury.
RECIPIENTS
The procedure is intended for all workers in the company and any other persons operating within the boundaries of areas of competence of the company.
SCOPE
fall within the scope of this procedure, all public health emergencies related to illness or accidents that occur within the premises or in areas that relate to the company and employees under the company, the guests and any outside workers present within the relevant company.
DEFINITIONS

Lavoratore esterno : lavoratore non in forza all’azienda presente all’interno dell’area di competenza della stessa per l’esecuzione di attività lavorative eseguite senza vincolo di subordinazione rispetto all’azienda (es. personale di aziende appaltatrici, personale che effettua deliveries of material and so on.).
LIABILITY '
The responsibility of assistance in case of illness or injury are: •

• employees who observe or are informed of the event, in the absence of the charge of prevention and protection and first aiders.

Reporting accident
The person who suffers an accident shall, as far as possible, promptly notify the person in charge of prevention and protection, or note the details to the nearest emergency room. The person receiving the message or detects a sudden illness, an accident or a request outside help, must promptly notify the person in charge of prevention and protection and the employees closest to the emergency room indicating who is the person in need of help and where to intervene.

In caso di assenza dall’azienda del responsabile del servizio di prevenzione e protezione, l’addetto al pronto soccorso deve provvedere a richiedere personalmente, in caso di necessità, l’intervento dei soccorsi esterni chiamando al telefono in numero 118.
Al temine delle operazioni necessarie per la gestione dell’emergenza, se nell’intervento sono stati utilizzati presidi contenuti nella cassetta di pronto soccorso aziendale, l’addetto al pronto soccorso che è intervenuto provvede al reintegro di quanto utilizzato.
Se l’intervento è stato condotto in assenza del responsabile del servizio di prevenzione e protezione, l’addetto al pronto soccorso deve comunicargli per iscritto gli interventi effettuati.
Modalità di intervento del responsabile del servizio di prevenzione e protezione in caso di malore o infortunio.
Il responsabile del servizio di prevenzione e protezione che riceva segnalazione o rilevi l’accadimento di un malore od infortunio deve avvisare tempestivamente gli addetti al pronto soccorso più vicini e, dopo, recarsi sul posto dove si trova the person needing help to collect information about the event and check the condition of the injured.
