• zona censuaria (abbreviata come z.c.)

• categoria catastale (abbreviata come cat.)

• classe di appartenenza (abbreviata come cl.)

• numero dei vani catastali, che non sempre coincide con il numero dei locali dell'appartamento.

Da questi elementi è possibile determinare la tariffa d'estimo corrispondente all'immobile che, moltiplicata per il numero di vani, fornisce appunto la rendita catastale.

In genere i dati sono ricavabili dal vecchio rogito, ma è bene fare una visita al Catasto per verificare che siano aggiornati.
